How does product sourcing with AVELOR work?

Send us the product name, photos or a specification. We identify and verify suitable factories, negotiate pricing, and return a comparison quotation — usually within 48 hours. You choose the supplier; we manage production, inspection and shipping.

How do you verify a Chinese factory?

We check the business license and company registration, run a factory background check, assess production capacity, and carry out a live video or in-person visit. You receive a written risk assessment before any payment is made.

What payment methods do you support?

Bank transfer (T/T) in USD, RMB or EUR, and letters of credit for larger orders. Payments to factories are staged — deposit to start production, balance only after inspection passes. We never ask for payment to a personal account.

How long does shipping take?

Express 3–7 days, air freight 5–10 days, sea freight 25–45 days depending on the destination port. Every quotation states the expected transit time, and you can follow progress in the tracking portal.

What is included in a quality inspection?

Pre-production, during-production, final and packaging inspections, plus quantity verification, with photo and video evidence. Reports are uploaded to your client dashboard.

Can you help with the Canton Fair?

Yes — invitation letters, visa support, hotel booking, airport pickup, translators, factory visits and business matchmaking. Book at least four weeks before the fair opens.

Do you handle customs clearance and duties?

We manage export clearance and documentation in China, and work with licensed brokers at destination. Duty and tax estimates are provided with your quotation so there are no surprises on arrival.
